Aussie Curves - Boho

Boho...not to be confused with Hobo... Boho is Bohemian... All this makes me think is hippies; it's not really my style but I've decided to give it a go.

Instantly my thoughts were of a brown City Chic top I have, that to me, cries Boho. However I wasn't happy with the skirt for some reason... Maybe not Boho enough?

Next my thought was of a dress that I recently bought from an op shop. Its a dress but I wear it as a skirt. I tend to do that a lot.
It is navy blue with light blue and white tie dyed stripes through it. It is amazingly comfy but I don't really like the hem line as its got four very symmetrically placed longer points that just look very wrong to me but it makes me feel bohemian so I've gone with that and a white City Chic top I've had for a while. Also the necklace is a hand me down from my sis.

So instead of one Boho outfit I've done two half outfits! Do you think my outfits are boho? Or do you think of it differently to me?

Aussie Curves - Valentines Day

I'm still looking for 'Mr Right' or even 'Mr Decent & Interested' so unfortunately Valentines Day doesn't and hasn't ever meant anything to me.
All that it makes me think of is the colour red and lovehearts.
So for a Valentines Day themed challenge the obvious colour is red. Im wear a City Chic halter neck dress but because I don't currently own a convertible bra i have just worn it as a skirt. Yes it is an op shop buy, only $10!
The top I'm wearing was only $4 from the op shop and I just love the uneven cropped hem! The bangle is slowly growing on me and it was only $2 so I can't complain but I just can't seem to find a nice plain red bangle that fits my wrists anywhere at the moment.
The gorgeous red wedged heels by Jo Mercer were also a bargain for $5, opshopped of course. And that's pretty much it from me this week. Have an amazing week and a very special Valentines Day! ❤️❤️❤️
