I've never really had many job interviews per say. Ive had quite a few jobs but they have always just fallen in place for me.
When I attended university we focused so much on interviews it was ridiculous (I did four years at uni to become a primary school teacher when I didn't even really want to be one...long story).
So naturally I think professional... Black pants, a 'proper' looking shirt (not white or black) that covers up cleavage, minimal jewellery and black work type shoes with a small or no heel. Fairly boring in my mind...
I've been thinking lately that I really enjoy working in fashion and retail, that it might be something I could happily do for the rest of my life. I used to feel I never deserved to work in fashion because of my size but in the last couple of years since joining Aussie Curves I've had a real change of heart! And I love the feeling of helping other woman to look at thier body positively...
Anyways...I quickly put together this outfit
I'd love to wear the above outfit but I think I'd be more comfortable in the below outfit...then again I could probably come up with a hundred more outfits!
I'm wearing:
- City Chic bolero || opshopped $2
- black peplum || Opshopped $5
- blue Basque skirt || Myer $30
- nude stockings || Asos Curves $7
- blue flower || diva (i think) $5
- shoes || both opshopped $4 each
- City Chic bolero || opshopped $2
- blue City Chic peplum || City Chic $20
- Autograph pants || opshopped $5
- shoes || opshopped $4
