My excuses are numerous ranging from "I don't want to exercise", "I work 6 days (+) a week so I don't have time" to even blaming my sleeping disorder for low energy and motivation levels! I have plenty of excuses why I don't exercise but none of these are a real reason. I just don't.
One day that'll have to change but at least I will know what to wear when that happens!

ReplyDeleteThanks Joc! Yeahin theory its genius but it reality they would not be good to exercise in at all. It wouldnt work with the material and sweat, and the noise could drive u mad! Lol it looks good tho! Lol
